Reports for the eleventh new moon crescent of the Biblical year was first reported from Kuwait and Iran, along with various locations westward throughout the globe on Saturday evening, January 12th. However, no specific reports were received from Israel. If you heed a Global Trumpet call, those in Israel would begin the start of the month Saturday evening based on these eye-witness reports from the east. However, if you limit the start of the month to only Israel-based observation, all indications are that you will delay the month by one day (since 30 days will have elapsed from the previous sighting).

The following new moon will begin the 12th Biblical Month. First reports of this new moon crescent is possible from the western portion of the United States and Canada (primarily from Alaska and Hawaii) on Sunday evening, February 10th. However, most locations globally, including from the land of Israel, is not expected to be reported until the following evening, February 11th, 2013.

For 2013, the Aviv barley search will begin in the Promised Land (Israel or the Fertile Crescent) early to mid-March with the first expected new moon crescent arriving in the region of France on Tuesday evening, March 12th. It is possible that Aviv barley will not be located in time, in which case a 13th month will be observed instead (with a Late Aviv at the next new moon first expected in China on April 11th). However, if Aviv barley is found, then the Annual Festival Dates will be expected as follows (all dates listed begin at sundown the evening before):
